Cupping is an ancient traditional therapy used for thousands of years It has a strong presence in Prophetic medicine and folk medicine and in recent years it has garnered medical and research interest as a complementary treatment.
What is cupping?
It is a therapeutic technique that relies on drawing out stagnant blood or fluids from specific areas of the body using special (glass) cups through suction.
Types of Cupping?

Suction is applied first, followed by a light, superficial incision in the skin, then the accumulated blood is drawn out.This is the most common and effective method.
